General Rates

In an effort to assist your company with determining your needs and budgeting the following are our rates. We offer extended terms and leasing upon credit approval. These rates are applicable off site as well as on site.

Below are AOS general descriptions and rates which are billed in half hour increments not including parts:

Full Computer System Installations and/or Upgrades $ 65.00 per hour

Office Setup , Construction Consulting ( Not Including Labor)

Maintenance and Data
Backup Plans


In an effort to establish and maintain our business relationships Advanced Office Systems offers the following maintenance and data back-up plan options and many more depending upon your business, computer and office needs.

Option 1

AOS service from afar. We install PC Anywhere 10.5 providing you have a broadband internet connection which allows us to monitor and make changes to your server or PC to fix most software problem and diagnose hardware problems. This in conjunction with option 2, allows most small offices to have a “hidden part time” computer person. The cost of the software and installation pays for itself after our first service call; we don’t come out to your site unless it is a hardware issue. PC Anywhere software and installation cost is $ 135.00. Back-up software and installation cost is $ 140.00

Option 2

AOS can answer your questions about software and hardware configuration at a fee of $ 50.00 per month. This provides you 10 hours of phone and PC Anywhere support from the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00pm Monday thru Friday. Please note that we are closed on weekends and all major holidays. If during stated business hours we are unavailable, we will return the call within 2 hours. PC Anywhere support only applies if option 1 is purchased.

Option 3

AOS knows how important it is to have your computers and office equipment running smoothly. In an effort to make this happen we recommend that a quarterly check up be done. This would be done after your business hours and would include: Installation of the required Windows updates, Norton product updates, overall PC maintenance, cleaning of keyboard and inside of case, complete hard drive scan and PC file back-up which will be retained off-site. The set rate for this service is $ 75.00 per visit and per computer.

Option 4

AOS strives to help your company maintain that tight budget so we also offer an on-site visit plan, that is based on your companies weekly or monthly needs. There are no set rates for the service we provide until a site visit and detailed hardware and software review is completed. This option will save your company time and money because we decrease your service hours and travel charges.
